Freight and courier routing
Orders are configured for freight or courier routing based on the province, item size, and total cargo weight. Mobile food trailers, bulk seating, and marquee tents are routed as large-format cargo. Dispatch tracking updates are sent once the carrier collects the goods.
Delivery lead times vary by region and stock status. Your confirmed lead time is shown at checkout and in your order confirmation.
Offloading and access
Site delivery requirements
Large-format items require a clear, level offloading area with vehicle access suited to a tipper, truck, or trailer. Please confirm gate width, height clearance, and any restricted delivery windows when you place your order.
